We offer an in person and online consultation option. I understand that this process is not enjoyable however with much experience I have learnt this to be the most effective approach to avoid any misunderstanding regarding your hair goals and results, appointment length and cost. I’ll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Owner and Stylist

Meet Leidy Drago, she has been working in the industry for 13+ years.

She has a degree in Software Programing but her endless creativity needed a bigger outlet. It was then that she decided to follow her passion when she moved to Canada 16 years ago becoming a hairstylist. Balancing personal and work life at it's finest she strives to deliver the best to both every day. Besides being a mom of 2 boys nothing makes her happier than bringing her clients hair dreams to life. Leidy continuously works on upgrading her skills with the latest trends and techniques to offer the best quality service for her clients.

I will not compromise your hair by rushing. With any Balayage, Colouring or Extension services you should expect 3-6 hours from start to finish depending on hair length, thickness and end goals.

Let’s talk price!

I offer each client a thorough consultation and a quote prior to each service. Quotes discussed over the phone or via email are a starting point. I provide the final quote on the day of the appointment. Service costs are dependent on the clients hair length, density and colour, therefore affecting processing times and products used for the service.

I can try to fix that!

Colour corrections can result in multiple sessions. Boxed hair colour (especially black) requires a strand test prior to best assess how your hair will react to the chemicals. This is to ensure healthy hair and a happy client. With my professional expertise, I may refuse any client’s hair service that I feel the hair cannot handle such chemical service. Your hair integrity is my priority.

It’s your time to relax and enjoy!

Dress comfortably and remember that Hair Salons are a colour-driven environment. We would not want your personal belongings to be stained or to come into contact with colour. At Lazio Hair Salon I am not responsible for any stains on personal belongings. I also suggest that you pack snacks, a book, have your phone charger handy and/or bring your laptop. Many clients catch up on their online work or enjoy a good read during their hair processing times.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book any colour and hair extensions services.

This deposit will be added to the total of your services or left on file to secure future appointments, whatever you decide.

Your appointment deposit can be made via e-transfer to the salon’s email (leidy@laziohairsalon.com) once we have confirmed your appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email or text message once I have received your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations and re-scheduling are required to be done with at least 48 hours notice (No exceptions). Changes made to your appointment prior to 48 hours will not affect your deposit. If you fail to cancel or re-schedule within the 48 hours of your appointment you will lose your deposit. If you wish to re-schedule your appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Appointments are confirmed by me at least 48 hours in advance, you are required to respond and confirm your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the day/time of the service(s) booked. Failure to respond confirming at least 48 hours from the appointment time will result in cancellation of the appointment.

I will do my best to accommodate your bookings, inquiries, and general questions through email or phone. Social Media inquiries, comments or direct messages are welcome, though are not accepted as a way to book, confirm, or cancel an appointment.

ARRIVAL

To ensure a great experience please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

PLEASE NOTE

Our Cancellation policy is put into place for many reasons and is not personal to any individual. A cancelled appointment without a minimum of 48 hours means the stylist is out money, it means another client missed the opportunity to get their hair done. I only get paid when you show up. Each person’s reasoning for cancelling is valid and I understand things come up beyond our control but I can not choose who’s reasoning is more valid than another, there for this policy stands for all clients that way it is fair across the board.

*I also stand by if I need to cancel within 48 hours notice. A discount for the inconvenience will be put in place to make up for my short notice as I understand your time is just as valuable as mine.
